Get Your Band On does not have any paid staff - yet! But we are one of the fastest growing agencies for unsigned bands in the UK. We are applying for funding to grow our business and if you are part of the volunteer team now, you could see yourself in a paid job later this year.

LISTINGS EDITOR

Duties: editing web sites to add gig listings and band entries. Keeping our sites updated on MySpace, main web site and other web sites.

Requirements: access to broadband internet and familiarity with the web. No special software required but if you have Dreamweaver and a knowledge of web site design that would be an added bonus.

Location: You work from anywhere in the UK because it is all online.

Area Representatives

Get Your Band On is looking for people to act as its representatives in various cities of the UK. This is not a paid thing but we will give something back if you are a band member - you help us out, we will help you out.

Area reps find bands for us and encourage them to join Get Your Band On.

When we have gigs in your area we would want you to a bit of "street team work", promoting a gig to local fans.

If you go to venues in your area, we would want you to talk to these places and let them know how Get Your Band On can help them.

We can book the best quality bands from anywhere in the UK.  We even book bands touring the UK from abroad.

We are looking for people who are committed to live music and passionate about all types of rock.

STREET TEAM - LEICESTER

GYBO is looking for people in Leicester who can help to promote our shows in the city.

We are running shows each week and need people to help promote them.

In return you will get into our shows free and if you are a band member, will give you some free publicity for your band.
