GYBO works with a roster of UK rock bands.

The services of GYBO are limited to bands included in our roster. Of these there are two types

Fully managed bands - bands with which we have entered into a management contract;

Client bands - bands that are not on a contract but which we have chosen to work with because they show potential and commitment, but where the band needs only specific services at specific times.

Hence, we will only book bands into gigs that are on our roster. The only exception to this is if a venue asks us to book a specific type of band in a stated area of the UK, and we do not have a rostered band that we can offer, then we will search our list of registered bands.

Bands that are not on our roster may also apply to participate in one of our workshops; this is often a first step to becoming a rostered band.

UK Bands Index

Any rock band based in the UK - whether playing original music or covers - can register with us. In doing so, the band is simply letting us know they exist and giving us contact information. Registration does not place a band on our roster.

Registration is however an essential first step to becoming rostered.

GYBO maintains a national register of rock bands based in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

We list only those bands that perform rock music but we do list all types, styles and flavours of rock music.

Bands register their details with us and these are saved into a list which is held at our offices.

There is no online version of this list since the information provided to us is confidential.

We used to list bands on the pages of this web site but no longer do this.

Our offline list enables us to search for any kind of band, anywhere in the UK. So when we are contacted by venues, promoters, festivals or record labels, we can find exactly the right band in the right location, with the required musical style.

Our list covers both signed and unsigned bands that have registered with us. We also maintain a small list of covers and tribute bands.
