Strangle Kojak is a pop rock band based in Birmingham. I first saw them play live at one of the heats of Surface Unsigned and went on to follow their progress through to the regional finals. What impressed me was their professionalism, abundant energy and compelling music.
This is a band that has made real progress and really knows what it's all about when it comes to making it work in the music industry. On stage the band sums up everything you would want a top band to be: great vocals, thrilling instrumentation and arrangements, solidly good stage craft and four really convicing and engaging band members. They put a great show, have up the minute sounds and have attracted a strong following.
